PeakAvenue was formed by merging PLATO GmbH, iqs Software GmbH, APIS IT, OSSENO Software and Isograph into a single integrated eQMS. The platform connects requirements, FMEA, quality control, supplier management and RAMS analysis across the full product lifecycle — ensuring transparency, traceability and continuous improvement at every stage.
FMEA & Risk Management
PeakAvenue combines two world-class FMEA engines: PLATO e1ns (cloud-based, AIAG/VDA compliant, used across automotive, medical and industrial sectors) and APIS IQ-Software (international benchmark for FMEA, FMEDA and functional safety per IEC 61508 and ISO 26262). Together they cover DFMEA, PFMEA, System FMEA, FMEA MSR, DRBFM and Reverse-FMEA.
Quality Management System
The iqs Quality Center (CAQ) covers the complete quality control cycle — from incoming goods inspection and SPC through inspection planning, audit management, complaint management (8D), PPAP/initial sampling, corrective actions and quality KPIs. Modular architecture allows organisations to deploy the modules they need and expand incrementally.
Requirements Management
OSSENO’s reqSuite® rm provides centralised, AI-powered requirements management — capturing, tracing and verifying requirements across the product development lifecycle. Connects requirements directly to FMEA, test plans and quality records, ensuring full traceability from customer requirement to product verification.
Supply Chain & Supplier Quality
Transparent, structured supplier quality management — processing the same quality procedures as your suppliers using identical data and documents. Centralised supplier evaluation, PPAP coordination, deviation handling and corrective action tracking across the full supply chain, with real-time visibility of status for all parties.
AI Across the Digital Thread
PeakAvenue embeds AI throughout the eQMS — AI-powered requirements analysis, FMEA cause suggestion, solution generation, quality anomaly detection and automated reporting.
