Why Choose RWB API Integration
The RWB API allows programmers to access project data directly — bypassing the user interface entirely. TMG builds the integration layer between RWB and your enterprise data systems so reliability analysis becomes a continuous, automated discipline.
Database & Application Integration
The RWB API enables seamless links between SQL Server, Oracle, Access or any external application and your RWB projects. TMG has built integrations that import bulk data, generate fault trees and FMECAs from BOM data, and write analysis results back to source systems automatically.
DataSet Programming Model
The API exposes a DataSet class holding project data in memory: tables, columns and rows mapping the RWB project schema. The DataSet constructor builds the schema; rows are added through New(), Read(), Verify() and Write() methods. Table and column identifiers are documented in the RWB API Reference Manual.
.NET Native Implementation
The RWB DLL is a .NET assembly targeting Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 and ships inside ReliabilityWorkbench.exe — no separate install required. TMG builds C# and VB.NET integration assemblies with full exception handling, structured logging and unit-test coverage.
Bulk Project Generation
TMG develops utilities that generate hundreds or thousands of RWB projects programmatically — ideal for fleet-wide FMECAs, regulatory submissions covering many asset classes, or repeated analysis cycles where the structure is identical but data changes.
Automated Reporting Pipelines
Combine the RWB API with the Report Designer to schedule analyses, regenerate reliability prediction reports, and email stakeholders without human intervention. TMG has built nightly pipelines that deliver fresh prediction KPIs to engineering teams.
Developer Knowledge Transfer
TMG’s engagement includes structured handover: source code with documentation, runbooks, deployment scripts and developer training so your internal team can extend and maintain the integration after we depart.
How The Mantua Group Works With You
API integrations vary from one-off bulk loads through to fully managed integration platforms with SLAs. We scale the engagement to your need.
We Do — You Learn
For organisations needing a turnkey integration, TMG handles full delivery: requirements capture, schema mapping, .NET assembly development, testing and production deployment. Your team observes the build process to develop downstream support capability.
We Do Together
Our most common API engagement. TMG developers work alongside your internal IT, data and reliability teams — combining their system knowledge with our RWB API expertise. Integrations emerge from genuine collaboration with knowledge embedded internally.
We Train — You Do
TMG delivers RWB API training for in-house developers covering DataSet schema, table identifiers, validation patterns, exception handling and integration architecture. Available as public courses or dedicated onsite developer workshops.
Independent Review & Audit
TMG audits existing RWB API integrations for code quality, schema drift, error handling and security. We deliver a written remediation plan — particularly valuable when an integration was built by a contractor who has since departed.
