Security-Controlled Repository
Install an enterprise server to maintain projects and libraries in a security-controlled environment. Access is governed by Active Directory users and group membership — no separate user database to maintain. TMG configures the AD integration so existing RBAC policies apply automatically.
Hierarchical Project Organisation
Create folder hierarchies with project containers at any level. Permissions cascade from parent folders. Administrators can create, copy, move and forcibly cancel checkouts. TMG designs the folder taxonomy to match your organisational structure — site, asset class, project lifecycle stage.
Check-In / Check-Out Workflow
Users check projects out for modification, work locally even while disconnected from the network, and check in when complete. Each check-in creates a new project version. TMG configures version policies (Draft, Pending Review, Rejected, Approved) to match your internal review workflows.
Centralised SQL Server Backend
All project data persists in a centralised SQL Server database — reducing the number of endpoints that need backup, enabling enterprise DR strategies, and providing a single source of truth. TMG sizes, deploys and tunes the SQL Server instance for your fleet.
Three-Endpoint Web Service
By default the Isograph Project Library Server exposes three endpoints: basic HTTP, WS-HTTP, and NetTCP. TMG configures the right binding for your security posture — including TLS, Kerberos and certificate-based authentication where required.
User & Administrator Training
TMG delivers role-based training: end-users learn the check-in/out workflow, supervisors learn project administration and permission design, IT operations learn server administration and backup. Available onsite or remote.
